Evening at the North Rim

Location: North Rim, Grand Canyon National Park.

Find the location: Copy the coordinates below. Open Google Earth, paste the coordinates into "Fly To" and click on the magnifying glass.

Equipment:  Canon A2e with 100-300 lens and polarizing filter.  Velvia transparency film, ISO 50.

Digital imaging/manipulation:  Image scanned with Minolta Dimage Scan Multi PRO at 4800 dpi.  Emulsion artifact removed.

Notes: Open from late spring to the end of October (check with the park), this side is more remote and quieter than the South rim. Not as many road accessed view points, but well worth the trip.
