Along the Road to Fisher Towers

Location: Located east of Arches National Park in Utah, take the road out of Moab (Highway 191) then two miles north of town, turn east on Highway 128. The road back to Fisher Towers should be marked and goes to the east. The coordinates are along that road.

Find the location: Copy the coordinates below. Open Google Earth, paste the coordinates into "Fly To" and click on the magnifying glass.

Equipment:  Hasselblad C501 with 50 mm lens and polarizing filter.  Velvia transparency film, ISO 50.

Digital imaging/manipulation:  Image scanned with Minolta Dimage Scan Multi PRO at 4800 dpi.  Emulsion artifact removed.

Notes: The road travels out of Moab along the Colorado River. Sunset favors this area and access is relatively easy.
