Lake Powell Sunset 2002

Location: Lake Powell south of Wahweap Marina. This was taken about half way between the south gate and the marina.

Find the location: Copy the coordinates below. Open Google Earth, paste the coordinates into "Fly To" and click on the magnifying glass.

Equipment: Canon EOS D30 with 28-105 and polarizing filter. Set at ISO 100, f16 and .3 second.

Notes: We have several shots from here over the years and most have this almost watercolored look. This was shot around 7:00 PM. That's Navajo Mountain in the background.
